- 'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
- Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
After a bit of a hiatus, and remembering the emotional/inspiration solution that became Weavery,
I began this painting without a strategy and just let my emotions and
invention carry me along. When I finished, I gazed at the image for
awhile, and Lewis Carrol's Jabberwocky
came to mind! This is clearly "brillig"...very brillig! And there's a
whole lot of gyring and gimbling going on in the wabe, don't'cha think?
