I painted this work for a specific gallery space, following through on the creative process I used in Mihalso I.  I am especially proud of achieving the contrast between the static upper half and the ocean-wave, kinetic quality of the lower.  To my mind, there's a metaphor here involving the appaloosa and Poseidon, god of the sea and horses.
