This
is the first painting where I discovered the dynamic possibilities of
the static field that occurs when I remove the protective film that
covers each side of my clear "canvas." The texture that results in
this work, is rather subtle--I later developed this element into its
own as the creative core in Ontogenie, and later in Charybdis and Gerris Valse.
