I met a wonderful artist and friend at the second venue, ever, where I exhibited my work to the public. Susan Crawford
was attracted to my work because of its creative/process similarities
to monoprinting. When I got to see her work, I was particularly drawn
to her use of objects, and took her cue to try incorporating such
elements into my own work. This is the first one in which I "printed"
with a feather--both positively and negatively.
